Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Studio Art, from Oakland University. Her academic foundation gave her a strong understanding of human behavior, social systems, and the role of identity and culture in emotional development. Her creative background adds a unique layer of depth and flexibility to her work, allowing her to think holistically about healing.

She went on to complete her Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University, where she received training in both traditional and integrative counseling techniques. Her commitment to lifelong learning drives her to pursue continued education and the latest research in clinical mental health.
