In-Network Insurance
Radiate Counseling is in-network with BCBS, BCN, Aetna, Priority Health, United Healthcare and Cigna.
Please note, not all clinicians are in-network with each insurance.
If we are not an in-network provider with your insurance, you may choose to private pay for your sessions.
Intake Session: $165
Individual Sessions: $140
Radiate Counseling accepts credit cards and FSA/HSA as forms of payment.
There is a $75 late cancel/no-show fee for appointments not cancelled before 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Out-of-Network Insurance
Many individuals who have health insurance elect NOT to use it for coverage for mental health services and instead pay for therapy as an out-of-pocket expense or use their flexible or health savings account.
If we are not an in-network provider with your insurance, you may choose to use your out-of-networks benefits to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Many insurance companies will cover 50-100% of the fee as an “out-of-network” provider. The best way to determine what portion of the fee may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company is to contact them directly by calling the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card.
