Email and SMS Communications

You may opt to communicate with us via email or text for limited purposes such as scheduling, canceling appointments, or transmitting specific forms (e.g., consent forms).

For example: Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your appointment for tomorrow at 10am. Reply STOP to opt-out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at www.radiatecounseling.com/privacy-policy.

SMS Opt-In consent and phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third parties or affiliates. SMS and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP via text messaging or directly with your therapist. For assistance, text HELP or review our privacy policy.

Message Frequency

Our SMS message frequency is dependent our your level of engagement with Radiate Counseling via SMS text messaging. Radiate Counseling will send you one (1) appointment reminder SMS message the day before your appointment unless you choose to opt out. If you choose to communicate with Radiate Counseling via SMS messaging for reasons specified in the “Email and SMS Communications” section, we will respond to you via SMS.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Some carriers charge a fee for each SMS message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-in Method

You can opt-in for SMS messaging by completing our contact form at www.radiatecounseling.com/contact and checking the SMS box.

Opt-out Method

You will be able to opt-out for SMS messaging by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS messages. Once you opt-out, you will receive no further SMS communication from Radiate Counseling.
